About Me
Hey! I'm Brian Isale, a Software Developer and Multimedia Designer...
BIO
Being an art and technology enthusiast, I spend extreme amounts of time exploring and learning on how I can be able to create modern solutions to everyday life problems using Technology and Art. I believe that technology is the key to solving world problems, especially in Africa. It is my dream to make that positive impact using this powerful tool. I'm passionate about computer programming, especially in the Web Development field and automation. Aside from coding, you can find me at networking events or community building events, or with friends. I love traveling, reading, eating, creating digital artworks and designing.
What am good at
Web Development
I got my first interest in Web Technologies from a scholarship provided by Google, in partnership
with Andela and Udacity in 2018.
Since then, I've been able to elavate my knowledge and skills on Web technologies by continous
learning on different platforms, teaching fellow students, creating side projects and attending
developer meetups where I
interact with other like
minded developers.
Skills
Graphic Design
Since a young kid, I've always loved drawing, painting and developed a passion for art. I have been
able to develop my skills by constant research and practice with design tools for digital media art.
With this skill, I've been able to create digital illustrations, visual identity designs(logos,
posters, mockups) and motion graphics for clients under different companies and as a freelancer.

Volunteer Experience
HIV SEER's Program
I am a member and Peer Educator of the SEERs (Stigma reduction through Education, Empowerment and
Research)
program,
a
global community-based participatory research project designed to
reduce HIV stigma among youth, which is a known barrier to HIV testing and treatment.
Since its founding in 2016 by Dr. Tiffany Chenneville of the University of South Florida, our teams
have delivered the program, collectively, to over 3,000 youth in local
schools
and churches in the city of Nakuru, Kenya.
Heroes For Change Program
I'm also a member of Heroes For Change program which is a volunteer programme by Uniliver Kenya that is designed to enable young Kenyans from around the country to help deliver behavior change programmes, educating children, new moms and their new families' handwashing with soap, boosting their iron uptake and brushing teeth day and night.
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is
to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart,
you’ll know when you find it.”
